Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chili oil
  • 1 cup shrimp
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1 grapefruit, cubed
  • 1⁄4 cup lemon juice

     

Directions

Heat chili oil in a saucepan set over medium heat; add shrimp and cook until opaque and lightly browned.
