Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chili oil
- 1 cup shrimp
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1 grapefruit, cubed
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
Directions
Heat chili oil in a saucepan set over medium heat; add shrimp and cook until opaque and lightly browned.
