Sesame Crackers: Great Snack For People With Fatty Liver

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp. grape-seed oil
  • 2 large free range eggs, beaten
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp. sea salt
  • 3 cups almond flour, blanched

Directions

Stir together sesame seeds, almond flour, oil, eggs and salt in a large bowl until well combined.

Divide the dough into two portions.

Place each into two baking sheets lined with parchment papers and cover with parchment paper.

Spread the dough between the papers to cover the entire baking sheet and remove the top paper.

With a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into 2-inch squares and bake at 350°F until golden brown, for about 12 minutes.

Cool before serving.
